• The audience sang "Happy Birthday" to Brian before Love Of My Life, to which he chuckled and responded, "That's enough, thank you very much. It's my birthday morgen." (Morgen in German means "tomorrow", which his birthday most certainly wasn't.)
• For reasons known only to him, Freddie sang the introduction to Mustapha prior to Who Wants To Live Forever, instead of delivering his usual "Queen aren't going to break up" speech.
