Notes About This Concert

• Queen's final show in North America. Though Brian would return in 1993, and Queen + Paul Rodgers in 2005 and 2006, the sales of Hot Space and reception to the new material was dismal enough to dissuade Queen from embarking on a Stateside tour again in Freddie's lifetime. Presumably, Freddie was also becoming leery of lengthy tours, and considering the vast expanse of North America, spending three months on the road just wasn't desirable to him anymore.
