Australian six-piece formed by the Farriss brothers but led by Michael Hutchence. Their distinctive sound and hardworking approach saw them make the rare jump from Australian to worldwide success.  However following the death of Hutchence there was an understandable hiatus before a less understandable TV reality show to find a new singer and continue the band.
